I was at Drive for a little over 8 months. I can honestly say that this is one of the best companies I've worked for. Not only do they provide you with learning opportunities, they provide you with the confidence to succeed in your personal growth and career growth. Mr. Nations, is one of their top leaders and was a direct result in my success. The personal time he takes to coach his employees, show them where they went right and wrong truly was one of the best parts of the job. Without Mr. Nations, I think this company would not be what it is today. There is plenty of room for career growth and plenty of room for learning. Colin, the Director of Analytics is an absolute pleasure to work with as well. He is extremely knowledgable in his field and will provide you not only with answers, but coaching as to how he got to those answers. Kristina, their second director of strategy is always available and always willing to help. No matter what the situation is, she’ll coach, educate and assist if needed. I don’t believe I’ve met someone with more ambition than she has before. Make no mistake, this company is one of the best companies in St. Louis. Like any job, it has its up's and down's. There are times where you absolutely will be stressed, there are times where you might feel lost, but there are also times where you'll be popping bottles of champaign and celebrating your successes not only within the company, but the successes you brought to your clients. Without Drive, I truly believe I would not be where I am today. I thank every single employee and every client that I had the pleasure of working with. I without question believe that this company is making a change to businesses small, medium and even large. I'll be back Drive... This is just a break.

If you want to be at the forefront of where social media and advertising collide, Drive Social Media is it. The education we get here at Drive is nothing I’ve experienced before. It also changes and adapts with the industry so we are the most up to date as possible. All my peers are extremely nice and welcoming. Members of leadership want people to excel at what they do best. I’m a fairly new employee at Drive, but my experience so far has been enlightening. The culture, opportunities, and benefits are what attracted me to the position. I come from a freelancer background so it is nice to be able to work at an agency where you are part of a team (some may even call it a second family). On-going education is provided to the employees on a weekly basis. Your career is what you make of it here. Opportunities are given at Drive, it is up to you to take them. They encourage you to grow and most of all have fun. Not every work place has its own bar and ping pong table. They don’t go the extra mile to create volunteer and happy hour outings. Drive realizes we spend most of our time at work so why wouldn’t we want to enjoy our time there. I haven’t heard of another business having a Chief Happiness Officer. The list goes on. Drive is a unique commodity.

Drive is always ahead of their competitors with its cutting edge technology. I Love the people that I work with. It's truly a fun atmosphere. The Drive office has a really cool collaborative environment. Drive has won a lot of awards and is growing at a very fast rate. There are a lot of great opportunities whether you work at Drive or work with Drive.

Drive Social Media is a great place to work if you like to be on the cutting edge of social media advertising and marketing in general. The owner of the company himself does weekly mini-seminars, basically giving out a free marketing education. The leadership is constantly researching new trends and emerging tech. The culture is young, fun, lively even, but serious when it comes to producing ROI for clients... because if we couldn't produce results, we wouldn't have jobs! It's rewarding when we can show a client how much money we made them, and it feels good to help local companies grow. For stress relief I appreciate that we have a nicely stocked beer fridge, bar, ping-pong table, and espresso machine. The office is located downtown which has its good & bad - the good like Food Truck Fridays and the local eateries. The bad from construction and navigation struggles. We move fast, so it may not be the best place for someone that doesn't like change. I personally love it!
