Awesome! That is the word I would to describe Computer Guru. Chris, Mike, and Winter are fantastic, and I can't forget security guy Rex -fabulous! I have been taking my work computers to Howard for years now. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and gets the job done! The customer service they all provide is outstanding, and I love how they work with me to help me understand what is going on in terms I can understand. Their service over the years has won me over and I have switch all my computer servicing over to them. My parents will begin using them as well. I highly recommend the Computer Guru's to anyone! These guys have always been there to help when all else fails. They'll drop everything they're doing to help you if it seems like an easy fix for them. Just recently, Chris helped me get my laptop running like new again after it had been overrun with malware. It took him less than an hour and he took my finances into consideration as well. These guys deserve nothing less than 5 stars for that alone! Thank you Chris!

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me understand my issue on the phone beforehand. They also have a very sweet little dog at the door.

Amazing service, they were really good at explaining the problem and the options for different solutions. I can't complain they were extremely professional. Will recommend.

Update 1/18/15: I recently took my computer to the computer Guru for an tuneup. They checked the equipment, updated my operating system to Windows 7 and put in a solid state drive to speed up the system. They are all professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. Thanks again for the great work! Computer guru has helped me with my computer needs on several occasions. I am a long term customer. The owner and employees are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They build high quality products, and are excellent at support as well. For example, recently I was in a pinch when my hard drive had crashed. They got me up running quickly, including transferring all my information to a new larger hard drive. I was very pleased.
