Staff was very helpful and friendly on the phone and in the store. Stopped by the store to print my FedEx label using their cloud and email based printers. I was having some trouble logging into Google drive since it was telling me it was not secure. The staff noticed I needed some help and they showed me how to print my label using fedex online. She noticed my label was a fedex one and she said that next time I can just have them print it for me at the counter so I don't have to pay !

The guy working was nice but... he was the only employee there. There were several people waiting for his help too and I could tell they were getting impatient. Should be at least two people working, especially since the holidays are coming

I love this place! they are very helpful, sometimes we have to wait in line, but like any business you will have to wait, but they are very quick to answer questions and teach you how to process something. I have brought print jobs to this location a few times, and I have let them go before me, cause I know my job request will take some time. But the guys here are awesome!!!!

I use this FedEx Office location exclusively. I do not have a printer, but am constantly printing job resumes and Church Sunday School printouts for my wife's children's class. I always send the document to be printed via an email (Word doc or pdf) the same day I need the printing done, and they seamlessly find the doc and sometimes even have the job completed before I get it. I cannot express my level of satisfaction I am with this office... but, of course, they are as wonderful as the location that I used exclusively in Hartford CT where I used to live. I strongly recommend that you trust FedEx Office in Greensboro when it has to be done right.

Very strict about shipping. FEDEX customer service is so honest to say that they cannot accept any kind of letters. FedEx requires ONLY fedex shippings. Nice FedEx resources what customers need. Good customer service.

I went into the store today to print copies of my Mom’s obituary. She passed recently and it has been a difficult time. All I had was the link my sister emailed to me, and had no idea how to turn it into a document to be printed. Mohammed went out of his way to help me, and I left with exactly what I was looking for. The entire staff was helpful, and understanding.

Staff is awesome. They are competent and helpful, even remembering my first name despite gaps of 3-4 weeks between visits.

If your printer broke at home and you need a place to print early in the morning and don't mind the homeless. BEST place to go in Stockton.

I have always had above and beyond service at this location! But today was just absolutely exceptional. I'm sorry I didn't get the associate's name. He was a younger brunette with glasses and very polite. I pulled up to pick up an online print order. As soon as I parked, I see that my baby had fallen asleep. So I called to ask if someone can bring my order out to me. Of course they did, and with a smile! Thank you for never disappointing me!

I have seen a lot of negative reviews on this FedEx but they are just pileups. I had such a positive experience here at this FedEx I have to share. Josh was very patient and helped me with all the things that I needed to do for a project with my middle school kids. I couldn't have asked for better service as a matter of fact I haven't had customer service this good in a long time. Give the shop a try you will be surprised at how good these people are at what they do.

I ship deliveries to this location regularly, the staff is always extremely helpful and willing to help with my pickups. Highly recommend for shipping services! Thank you guys for being awesome! :)

I have been a global art dealer for some 21 years and I am greatly dependent on FEDEX to get my paintings shipped safely and in a timely manner. Whereas Ebay takes care of Global shipping, I use Fedex almost every day of my life for domestic and Hawaii and Alaska. My experiences with FEDEX has been stellar. I know all the drivers and even the sub drivers. They have keys to the property so no pick ups are missed. The shipments have been safe and timely. The raising of prices are a hardship and upsetting as I cannot pass on the shipping costs to the buyer because I absorb shipping costs as "FREE SHIPPING". However the actual service is impeccable and some of the images are irreplaceable, sold out, no longer available and I like it that I can trust FEDEX to be safe with the packages.

I use this FedEx store about 2-3 times a week to simply drop off packages. During the past few months every package I have mailed has been checked in within minutes of dropping it off (I typically leave it on the counter), only one package had broken contents (I mail a lot of fragile items), and unless they are slammed with customers the folks working there always say hello and have a smile. Customer service is so important in this day and age and this store excels at it. Even though I only drop off items they are very friendly and always answer my questions.

Jade was awesome! She went out of her way to help me figure out the right document size and formatting. I would have been hopeless otherwise. Thanks Jade! I'll definitely be coming back for more prints in the future!

This is by far our favorite FedEx. Catalina assisted my wife today and as usual she was very professional and helpful. We have never gone into this store and received anything less than perfect customer service. Thank you all for being your best!

This store did an excellent job processing an order for my husband's business. Frank, one of the managers, helped to troubleshoot an issue and literally saved the day. He even went so far as to call an employee at home to clarify a question about the order. He was professional, efficient, and thorough. I am very grateful to Frank and FedEx.

I about cried today. I had something very important that needed done. They spent 4 hrs working on it brenda and andrea. They did such a beautiful job. I tried to offer them a big tip and they refused to take it. A business that works hard to keep me as a customer deserves my 5 stars and recommendations. When I came in to get my item they shaked my hand and told me sorry it took them so long they wanted to make sure it's perfect. Which it was.

I wanted to ship something from here so I could avoid the curmudgeons over at the post office but the wonderful man behind the counter told me it would be cheaper to go to the post office. Excellent customer service: so professional and energetic even at 5pm and they know how to ship things the cheapest, even if it means sending a customer somewhere else.

This company provides meals to your former flames. Hence the name. Fed Ex. FedEx has been pretty good to me so far despite prices being way higher than they used to be not too long ago. A lot of the stuff I buy online gets Fed-Exed to me and it's great. The downside is that they bought Kinkos and now printing sh** at Kinkos costs about 17 times more than it ever did before. But I need to be fed, so please dump me, so FedEx will feed me.

I've been here 3 times, twice for personal and once for business. Every time I was greeted cordially and quickly, experienced zero to limited wait time, and had all my good and dumb questions answered expertly and professionally. The manager has assisted me a couple times as have his associates and they are all very helpful and seem to enjoy what they do. I recommend this store to anyone for shipping and/or business/office needs!
