I had not been able to receive emails for several days for no apparent reason. I tried researching and fixing this myself, which was a mistake. I should have called Jeff. I did call Jeff today, and he fixed the problem in 1/2 hour. I was amazed at his ability to diagnose the problem and fix it. My experience with Jeff and Known Technology has always been positive. We had a new website that seemed ok but couldn't reach it's webmaster, so we hired Jeff. The best thing we ever did. They re-created the site and It is now a beautiful, quality site that's easy to get around. They always work with us to make any changes such as for promos, etc. Highly recommend them.

If Google had 10 stars, that is what I would give this company! Their customer service, knowledge and professionalism are OUTSTANDING! I really needed their help on a project, which was very time sensitive. They were on top of it 20 minutes after I sent a message asking if they could help.
