Gravitate Web Design was very responsive and easy to work with. I've worked with a couple other web design firms before and I couldn't believe the value I received. I had previously paid 2-3 times as much at other companies so when these guys offered me a website at a lower rate from my previous experiences, I was a little hesitant at first. But boy oh boy did they deliver more than I expected. There was a lot of web and internet related terminology I wasn't familiar with and they did an excellent job of explaining it to me without making me feel stupid. They were extremely friendly and stress-free! One thing I noticed is that some of their clients are ranking really well in search results which means more clients for any business! I guess they offer SEO work so I'm looking forward to see what they can do for my business in that arena.

They're not the cheapest, but they're not the most expensive either. You REALLY get your money's worth! I couldn't decide on which company to use and Gravitate Web Design was very patient and helpful in answering all of my questions while I made my decision over the course of a few months and compared features and costs between different web design companies. What made me choose them above all was their way of communicating in plain simple non-techy talk with responses that I could understand. They were also very prompt in getting back to me whereas some of the other web design companies I reached out to took weeks to respond!!! In the end I was very happy with their quality of work. One company wanted to charge me $5K and have me provide them with all the content and images. I have a business to run. I don't have time for all that.
