Ive purchased two computers from these folks at this point. Both are of good quality, my only reason for rating them lower is they seem to lack communication skills. I always seem to need to check on things to push things through. Maybe they are short on staff, I’m not quite sure |
The Schrock Desk was very helpful! I used the new laptop for a couple of weeks and made a list of questions and issues with which I needed assistance. The IT guy cheerfully downloaded, deleted, and dusted the items on my desktop, and answered all of my questions! Schrock Innovations is my "go to" for computer help for everything. We live in Arkansas now but I still have access to their services and help desk. Today I had a concern and spoke with Kayne. He worked on my computer remotely, asked questions, did work on my machine, and helped me understand what I needed to do on my end. When we are back in Lincoln my computer will go in for servicing and upgrading. As I said, this is my store and always will be. |
IT'S ALL ABOUT KAYNE AT SCHROCK INNOVATIONS!!! Did I have a problem?? I had two. I was convinced that it would take 4 HIOURS of Schrock Desk time. Kayne answered the phone. The resolution took two MINUTES!! Simple for him. Not for me. And that's why I continue to love Schrock Innovations. There are no questions!!!!!!!!
