All of these people leaving five star reviews must be part of their commissioned referral network. If your website goes down, as lots of websites do, don’t try to call them. You can only talk to a sales person. You’re more than happy to take your money over the phone, but they’re not going to fix your website over the phone. If they get stumped answering questions in their ridiculous chat, they will just quit responding for hours. Submit a ticket, send a check, or send an email, but do not plan on real customer service. Go to another host with the telephone number with real people that answer it. Eventually got my website up, but not for days and several failed chats. Only after I emailed the "emergency team." |
Exceptional service! Not only is the hosting effective and really built out for WordPress but the level of customer service is amazing. I've been a Flywheel customer now for more than 4 years. I've been trying to think if I've had a single negative experience with anyone on their team in that time and I can't think of a single one. I also can't think of a particularly frustrating time where I've been trying to work with their system or fix a problem. These guys are great! That's all there is to it. If you've got a WordPress site and think you're saving money with some economy shared hosting plan, do yourself a favor and go ahead and let Flywheel migrate your site over to them for free. The savings you'll experience in less stress and concern and worry, will FAR OUTWEIGH the price difference.
