My school has so many different majors and minors offered; anyone is welcome regardless of who they are or what they are interested in learning. The teachers are so passionate about their subjects, which inspire the students. There are countless activities that encourage involvement in the community, fun with hobbies next to others, and even stress relief between classes! Along with all of these wonderful qualities, the campus is breathtaking with beautiful buildings, trees, bushes flowers, and more. This college gives its students an amazing and impactful experience.Sophomore |
One of the best universities in the great State of North Carolina, highly recommended! |
Thanks for a great tour! Choosing a college has been challenging but looking good here in Greensboro, NC so pretty. |
This is my second time going to UNCG to earn my degree in the arts, this time with arts education. This university is constantly changing and accommodating to students of the 21rst century. There are green bikes and scooters on campus for students, there are free charging stations at your convenience. There is always something fun and entertaining going on campus, with clubs, organizations, gallery events, sports, music and plays. My professors are amazing! They will engage you with the very best knowledge and push you beyond your standards to achieve your academic high. You will have a great experience here, very welcoming and excel in your classes!Senior |
It depends on what you want from a university education. If you want one focused on arts on a beautiful campus full of a truly diverse crowd of students and don't mind paying a bit much and not expecting that investment to pay off enormously financially, I think you'll fit in just fine. The college is known as being left-leaning politically, which isn't too surprising as a liberal arts university. |
I have absolutely loved my first two years at UNCG. The most notable thing about this school are the people. The staff and students have impacted my decision to attend and my decision to stay. There is a whole office dedicated to helping first year students feel welcomed at this school. They have classes and workshops to help one get acclimated to the campus. The campus offers a variety of on campus activities, as well as information of what's happening in the area. They are a campus that cares about it's students and also about the community, with plenty of opportunity to get involved and volunteer in the Greensboro area. There are also plenty of opportunities to network and gain professional experience that will prepare one for the career fields of interest. I have loved my stay at UNCG and plan to keep on attending. I hope others will have the same experience!Junior
