I have not done digital marketing in the past and started my campaign with Vivial at the start of this year. I appreciate the Lisa and Hank working with me to create campaigns and start my digital presence. I've gotten a lot of traffic and my reach has grown considerably. The articles that they have written are great and my readership seems to enjoy them as well based on the number of shares that I get. They usually respond quickly to any question that I might have and if there is a problem, they address it clearly and provide a solution that works for both sides. However, I have not gotten any business inquiries for all the reach and traffic generated. The Vivial team is working with me to improve the ROI on this digital campaign and I appreciate the ideas and suggestions they have to change and monitor our approach. I don't know if I would continue with them after my contract ends, as the ROI cannot support the dollars spent as of now.

When our company came to Vivial, we had been burned by another SEO agency that charged us a lot of money, did not respond to requests in a timely manner, and got us few results. Allison and Tyler were the exact opposite. They were extremely hands-on with our account, responsive to all requests, and were able to show measurable results via their analytics dashboard even after one month of working with us. They identified keywords that were realistic to aim for and gave us detailed recommendations of how to incorporate them into our site. They also worked hard to build backlinks and seed relevant content on different sites, which increased our page ranking consistently from week to week. I spoke with various people in and out of company to get a better idea of what was going on. My conclusion is it comes down to education and expectations. What Vivial brings to the table are solid solutions that can bring great ROI. Like anything in business, it is a partnership. This is not a company or product that you can pay to fix your problems. If you don't participate, you won't get what you paid for.if you don't answer your calls, you won't get new customers. I think the company can better set expectations with uneducated customers, hence the 4 stars and not 5. In the end, they produce a needed service at a great price. I knew most of the suggestions already to make my 1 star filtered review show up, but after following the one they mentioned in their article... well, it worked! And, that is: not only do check-ins so Yelp knows you're real, but do check-ins to the business whose review you want unfiltered.
