My first visit to the transit authority in 20+ years. Everything was ok until another person complained loudly of how someone left a pile of poop in the bathroom stall on the floor. I never saw anyone come out to clean it or say don't go in their until it was cleaned.

It is usually difficult transfer from one bus to another but at this facility it was extremely easy. I came through in the middle of the day and the place was large enough that it was not overcrowded.
