Personalized service and a great customer experience! I was unsure which vehicle would fit my needs and those of our family, so I test drove almost every vehicle. I went to several other dealerships, but for some reason always found myself back at Flow Audi. The sales staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional; I eventually found the right vehicle and without any high pressure sales pitch. They even offered to deliver the test vehicle to our home so that my wife could drive it if that was more convenient! It was a comfortable, enjoyable experience. Very excited about my vehicle and recommend them without reservation.

Great experience buying our new 2019 Q7. From browsing/research to ordering (custom build) to delivery and follow up we have had the best car buying experience. Our salesman (he’s really been more than that, we now consider him a friend), Michael Blankenship has been top notch. He has been the perfect balance of sounding board, Audi encyclopedia and brand ambassador for Flow and Audi. You hear horror stories of pushy aggressive sales people and he’s definitely not that. Don’t get me wrong, he followed up and would reach out but in the appropriate intervals. We were on the fence between the Q7 and the new X5 and Mike is probably the main reason we are loving our new Q7 right now. He’s been and continues to be an example of how customer service should be in the car business or elsewhere. Flow and Audi should be proud to have him on their team. We’ve had limited exposure to others at the dealership but I have no doubt they will continue to exceed our expectations.

We have had our car serviced at Flow several times and will continue to do so. They go above and beyond when they service our vehicle in a professional and courteous manner. We always feel “taken care of “ and highly recommend them. The fact that they are a locally family owned and operated business is a win win for the community.

We live in the D.C. area and had been looking for a car for quite some time. We stopped by Flow Audi after visiting relatives in the area and ended up purchasing a vehicle at Flow Audi rather than a dealership in our area. Flow Audi salesman Mike Blankenship went out of his way to find us the right vehicle to meet our needs and at a reasonable price. He made it worth the 250 mile distance from where we live. A massive shout out to Flow Audi Winston-Salem NC for bailing us out! After we hit a crater sized pothole on I81, almost blew out our tire and bent our steel wheel; Mark, Shawn and Jacob have been working exhaustively to get us a replacement wheel and tire for our TT RS. The TT TS is an exotic car, and being a new model year, parts are scarce. We were in process of driving from NH to FL and were dead in the water until we could get a replacement wheel. The Black Optic wheels weren't in stock anywhere in North America, so one needed to be expressed directly from Germany. What an adventure this has been! The whole team at Flow Audi has been extremely helpful and genuinely cared about getting us all the help they could provide! What a great group, we've been "lucky" to break down next to them! The folks at Audi Roadside Assistance were also very helpful in getting us sent over to the Winston-Salem office. Hopefully we get back on the road soon! My wife and I just purchased an Audi Q3 from Flow Audi, and we had a great buying experience which has continued after the sale. Special thanks to Brand Specialist Alex and Finance Manager Avdo for their expertise and professionalism. Their pricing is upfront, they do not try any misleading sales tactics, thoroughly explain each line of the buying order, and we were not pressured at all when we went home for a night to think things over. About a week after the sale, my wife got a call from Avdo who informed us he found an extra $500 incentive that the dealership wasn't aware they could offer until after we had signed our paperwork. So he sent Alex over to my wife's office to sign new paperwork, which lowered our monthly payment. They didn't even make us go back to the dealership to sign the papers! To me, that's the kind of service you should expect when buying a luxury vehicle. Would definitely return to Flow Audi if/when we are in the market for another car.
