I was well informed about my upcoming treatment plan and Dr. Jackson took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the future treatments by answering all my questions and concerns. Not to mention the prices are affordable.. My last visit at your facility was a disaster. I came for a teeth cleaning but the technician was so rude and unprofessional that I had to leave. I spoke with the individual at the front desk that stated he was the supervisor but was not alarmed what so ever to what trauma I had been put through.

They worked well with me with getting me in quick for a tooth ache that was bothering me really bad. I work with Dr. Jay and Ruby and they were both great with getting me the relief of pain that I needed. I would recommend them to everyone.

The front desk receptionists were polite, quick, and patient at the same time. The Dental Hygenist was great as well as the dental assistant. The office was clean. It was pleasant.

Extremely friendly practice; dentists, hygienists, business admin all included. Also they have done a great job cleaning my dirty teeth. They even gave me a Maryland bridge (because that’s what I asked for against their advice) on my missing tooth which most dentists don’t do anymore because it’s outdated, and it is still holding strong years later.

Last visit, I was struggling from depression and my lack of self-care was evident in my teeth/gums. My hygienist, who obviously had no idea what was going on with me, told me point blank that if I don't take better care of myself, I was going to eventually lose my teeth. I was already starting to at least acknowledge that I was in a bad place and I wanted to be upset with her, but she was right. She gave me an attainable goal and I have been working at it ever since. This visit this week was affirming, she helped point out areas (with a mirror) that I could focus a little more on now that I have a good baseline, and she and my dentist repaired an old filling that had been causing me some trouble.

I am so happy I transferred from another office. The service at the University office is superb! They explained things in laymen’s terms and didn’t JUST clean my teeth and take my money. Customer service was great and I look forward to continuing my relationship here for a brighter and healthier smile.

The staff is always very friendly. I love & adore Dr. Moody, & her assistant, they took great care of me for dental work I had done last fall. I highly recommend this dental practice.

The hygienist that cleaned my teeth also cleaned them at the Rivergate location & she is so rough on my gums & jams the floss in between my teeth & it hurts. I get i had a little tarter build up (6 months between visits is standard) but it seems like she takes it out on you for not flossing as well as you should. I won't be coming back to Family Dental.

I am so relaxed whenever I am at Friendly Dentist, the front desk staff greets me as if I am there only paient, the dental staff do everything to make me so comfortable, the last time I almost feel asleep because I was so relaxed.

I normally have 0 complaints with this place. They've been my office of choice since I've moved to Charlotte in 2013. Everyone there is extremely friendly and comforting. I decided to get braces earlier this year and the process has been great so far, no major pain or any complications. Well Friday I finally got my bottom row braces, and although the orthodontist was great per usual, the assistant who put them on was WAYYY too rough. The uv ray wand thing she used to bond the metal to my teeth was held against my gums so hard she burned me several times..I made noises of discomfort and she basically ignored them. The last step resulted in her actually burning my lip. I left with a boil the size of a pea on my lip that day. When I tried to explain to the people upfront what happened they basically dismissed my claims and said "Well we've never seen this happen before" upsetting me more because it seemed as if they were accusing me of lying. I didn't come there with anything on my lip but as of right now 4 days later I have a large black mark on my lip from the burn. All in all, they're receiving 3 stars only bc this was my first negative incident with them. But that last appt was easily 0 stars

I have 2 tiny cavities and was shocked that you would charge $150 each to fix. We are on a fixed income. I can afford $100 for both small cavities to be filled. Please let me know if you can fill these 2 cavaties for a total of $100.

From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with warm and pleasant smiles from Phe (Spelling) and Sally. I'm a new patient and they explained the discount program to me and answer whatever questions that you may have. I've had my initial x-rays and today a thorough cleaning. I've had an irrational fear of going to the dentist and all of my issues are easily resolved by the professionalism with every dentist and associate at the practice.

Emily was so awesome!!! If we come back it will be for here services. She takes care of her patients and love the way she is super careful when she is working with you. Making sure you are comfortable and feeling relax.

I was left sitting in room for over 30 minutes before the hygienist showed up. She said we are short staff today. Why didn't you tell me that up front. Then after cleaning dentist came in and all of a sudden I have 6 cavities. Haven't had a cavity in over 40 years and all of a sudden I have 6. Didn't even do X-rays to verify.

All of the staff was super friendly and very easy to talk with. Everybody was straight forward with what my needs were and they didn't try to sale me expensive items or procedures. Very pleased with my first visit and look forward to my next.

For years I have looked for a dentist office who actually cares about their patients, well I have found an amazing office!!! From my 6- year old to my husband and I we all love Friendly Dental!!! Came in for a cleaning (by appointment) and teeth were not cleaned. Not even a brush in sight. All they did was take X-rays and look at my teeth. Now I have to take more time to come back AGAIN to actually clean my teeth. VERY INCONVENIENT. Employees werent explaining what they were doing and why. I need to know what you're putting in my mouth and why. Employees are very friendly though. Pushy to get me back ASAP to do the filling. I'm not ready to do them yet, don't rush me. Location is close to my home. Staff is friendly. Clean facility.

I came in with a bad tooth that needed to be pulled and I had talked to dr Salone about what was going on. She took X-rays of the tooth looked at it and new it needed to come right on out! She was very gentle and very informative on what was going to happen and everything she was going to do. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had when going to the dentist.

I enjoy the flexibility your office offers when scheduling and making a mother with 3 small children welcome in your office. As I do understand why we see a different dentist every time we come in for an appointment, please always be selective when hiring a temporary dentist.

My only suggestion would be for the office staff to get there on time, its not a good look when your patients are there before you are. I wasn't really greeted yet asked if i had an appointnent, umm no late office person im sitting here waiting on you for my health! Lol

While I was given a regiment to follow for the first week post op, I would like to know when I could continue a normal diet and if I could have a follow up to make sure I am healing correctly. The visit overall was very good and there was minimal pain. The Dr who completed my procedure was polite and knowledgable. He let me know how much longer for each tooth and for that I thank you.

I had a front tooth crown that was loose, about to fall off. He told me he could not put it back in temporarily and it fell out that night. It was extemely traumatizing for me. Thank God, I was able to go to a different office that did and it's just fine a week later. So I won't be going back.

I am not good with names but this dental hygienist and dentist were especially friendly, profesional and kept me from freaking out during the procedure. He's the young African American dentist who's about to get married and she's short = 5'5" or so, like me, also African American, infectious smile. Props to your parents -\ they taught you well!

It would have been better to have the dentist show me my cavities on the x-ray.

He was welcoming and took the time to recognize my face the next few days that I came in with my name. & I forgot the assistants name, but i had her twice, her son's name is Sebastian and she's hispanic, she's a sweetheart & answered the million questions I had and if I didn't understand she explained it until I did. & Dr.W... i forgot her name as well, but she's hispanic & pregnant with her second child. All she cared about was whether I was comfortable and doing fine during my appointment. Oh! & i can't forget to mention Dr. Hall, the orthodontist, had a great conversation as soon as he found out I was a tarheel! My experience has been amazing, I loved every moment and am so glad I switched dentists.
