About a year ago, my website Numberock(dot)com was done by AWD. Numberock is a subscription website that hosts math songs and associated learning materials. It was not without it's challenges, but throughout the process AWD was responsive and professional. They even fixed the site in the middle of the night once after it broke due to no fault of their own. I wanted to wait a while to write this review to make sure accurate accounting of not only the sites creation, but also of the ongoing relationship as the site has experienced a slew of updates. So far, so good - they run a great company. My point man has been James, and the lead developer on the project is Ben. Both of these people have been wonderful, patient, and responsive. Isaac, the CEO, is pleasant to work with and straightforward. The only constructive feedback I have is that work often misses getting completed by the estimated completion dates. That said, they have been generous with allowing multiple rounds of edits and feedback, working hard to make sure my vision comes through. Highly recommended.

We recently hired Austin Web and Design to revamp an existing website for our small business. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the site. From the very beginning, these guys were professional and easy to work with. The sales process was easy - I liked how they setup their packages/pricing. Any time I had a question, they made sure to clearly answer it. Their response time to emails and phone calls could not have been better (most of the time, they were waiting for ME to reply!) When it came to developing the new site, these guys made it a cinch. They offered many options and example sites for me to pick design elements from and also provided feedback and ideas. I wasn't sure what I wanted the site to look like initially, but they quickly had me envisioning the possibilities. Through the design process, James was phenomenal to work with. He was extremely responsive and very detailed with his questions about the site and made sure to tell me what to expect during the process. He was very timely and got things done when he said he would. James read my (sometimes lengthy) emails describing what I wanted, and almost always hit it on the head with the first attempt. At the end of the day, the website does everything we wanted and looks great! James has also helped us since the site went live, after we decided to make a couple changes. Their customer service is excellent. Overall, these guys are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new website. I plan to use them for another site in the very near future. The finished product (cdoglady.com) is BEAUTIFUL and has the functionality that I need. Timeline and cost was outlined up front. I have to say, in the beginning, I wasn't sure if Austin Web and Design would be able to deliver the type of website I had envisioned for one of my marketing clients who needed a website, but within a more limited budget. Once I connected with Isaac, and explained not only did we need a fantastic site, but, the website launch needed to be expedited due to the client was going to be featured on a highly popular national television show--3 weeks earlier than we had thought! Once I was introduced to Shireen (rockstar!) and James (another rockstar!), they built the site AND launched it in time for the expedited deadline! They made it happen. The Austin Web and Design team are now my "go to" for clients who need to be more conservative with their budget, yet desire a "knock your socks off" website!

these guys built my website for literally half of what their competitors were asking which was pretty cool. I wasn't expecting to have a high quality site for what I was paying but I was pleasantly surprised. It looks badass. You think it might be easy but really there are so many things you didnt think about so it takes a little bit but man is it worth it. I have since paid the remainder of my balance with them and had a few little changes I wanted to do even after they completed the job and they still changed them. SO COOL! Very simple process. We told them what we were about and what we were looking for. Within a few days we made a few simple revisions and we were up and running. Could not have asked for an easier experience.

I absolutely enjoy working with Isaac and his team. He is patient, works hard and does GREAT work! Oh, and he works normal business hours too and is accessible (I can't say that about all designers/developers). I highly recommend Austin Web and Design!
