If you need high quality work done with great customer service, come to Chile Media !! I went here to get some animation work to be done and I can say I really got my money's worth! The people there are so friendly and very easy going. The animator made sure I was completely satisfied and really delivered!! Abram was such a great guy and won't let you down.

This is a very good marketing company. They produce quality products to help promote your business. As an owner of 2 small business I know how important that is. The reason I didn't give them a 5 star review is because of the following, I went in and ordered some very nice, expensive business cards with a 3-5 production days plus shipping time frame, 7-8 working days total. Shortly after I received an email saying they were wrong about the time frame and it would now be 5-7 production days plus shipping, 10 days total at the longest. At that point I expressed the importance of me receiving the cards on time because I had a real estate investment meeting with a lot of potential clients on sept 5th. No big deal, with a 10 day max promise I would still have the cards the day before my meeting, until I received an email stating they wouldn't be ready until the September 5th now, plus 3 days to ship, now a total 14 business days. This was a big inconvenience for me and caused me to miss a meeting that I had high hopes for. I can honestly say I was more disappointed in that than I was mad at the situation. If I didn't have a meeting scheduled it would have been a big deal to wait an extra few days. But that should have never been the case. In the end I decided to cancel my order after my 14 day wait. I was also given 2 different reasons they were late by 2 different people. Other than that, Michelle was very helpful and she tried her best to have them expedite the order for me. I thought she was very professional, courteous and understanding. She tried to work on it until he day of the meeting. She was overly apologetic and I told her I understood it wasn't her fault and I didn't blame her for the mishap one bit. When it came down to my refund, it was issued the very next day. I was very thankful for that and that again expressed to me their professionalism. The owner called me directly to tell me he refunded me. He also told me that he does does big and small jobs and that are all important to him. That was very nice and courteous of him. He told me if I had not cancelled and just waited a few more day I would have been very happy with the card and they were excited because they had never made a card like we were planing before. I'm quite positive I would have loved the cards, but I would have loved them a lot more if I had them when I needed them. My only advise would be to place your order well in advance if you need something by a certain time to avoid this happening to you. Would I go back for my future needs? I wouldn't rule it out. I have tried my best to make this review very honest and with no emotion involved.

Polly saved my class grade ! After having a terrible experience across the highway at FedEX we found this place on Yelp. My group and I had to print four 400 page books within 7 hours. As soon as we got there we told her our situation and she guaranteed us that it would all be done! She remained calm and positive throughout the whole time and it really calmed us down because we were scared it wouldn't be done in time! Polly is talented and she is dedicated she knows what she is doing! I would definitely come back in the future and I will be referring her to friends businesses

Got some business cards from them and they were at a great price with great quality with a fast turnaround. The only reason why I didn't rate them as 5 stars is because they have stringent requirements for the media format, color, and size that you supply to them. If you can work within that then they are a great value!
