I've worked with UPBrand for nearly a year now. We are doing a complete overhaul of one of our divisions branding and some fine tuning and new logo work on the other divisional brand. They are disciplined when it comes to their proven process but flexible in adjusting and responding as needs arise. We exist within a franchise environment and a cooperative environment between the two brands. They have been very impactful in not only developing the brand, but helping to sell it in and gain adaption in an environment with many stakeholders. I've worked with UPBrand as a colleague and collaborator and have found that their team is brilliant, inventive and a pleasure to work with. UpBrand has been a wonderful creative partner for Opera Theatre of Saint Louis for a series of diverse projects over the last six-plus months. They have developed a brand awareness campaign for OTSL, developed key artwork for our upcoming season, and translated that into a very well-received brochure. Each step of the way, they have presented excellent creative options and been intelligent thought partners as we translate research insights into creative concepts. Their work has been consistently on time or early, and the digital creative they developed for our brand awareness campaign performed with click through rates much higher than industry standards.
